How do I use the app for diagnosis?
1. Open the HealiPet app
2. Tap "Upload Pet Photo" or "Take Photo" button
3. Select or take a clear photo of your pet
4. (Optional) Enter symptom description
5. Tap "Start Diagnosis" button
6. Wait for AI analysis to complete and view diagnosis results and recommendations
What photo formats are supported?
We support JPG and PNG photo formats. We recommend using clear, well-lit photos for more accurate diagnosis results.
How accurate are the diagnosis results?
HealiPet uses advanced AI technology for preliminary health diagnosis, but please note:
- Diagnosis results are for reference only and cannot replace professional veterinary diagnosis
- If there are severe symptoms, please seek medical attention immediately
- Take your pet for regular professional check-ups
How do I subscribe to Pro version?
1. Tap "Upgrade to Pro" in the app
2. Select subscription plan (Monthly subscription)
3. Complete the payment process
4. Enjoy unlimited AI diagnosis services
How do I restore purchases?
If you have previously subscribed, you can tap the "Restore Purchases" button on the subscription page, and the system will automatically restore your subscription status.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage your subscription, including cancellation, in iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
